When clicking on the small question mark in the top right corner of kcontrol's main window, not only the popup information but also the KHelpCenter opens. It displays an error saying it was unable to find documentation for /index.html.

I think KHelpCenter should not open at all at this point since there is already the popup displayed on clicking the question mark.
