Unless there is a specific need for Lyrics3 (many users having Lyrics3 tagged files), \
I think supporting the ID3v2 USLT frame would be a much better option as it would be \
easier for developers to use. It would also be much easier to create, as the USLT \
frame is identical to the COMM frame which is already fully supported.
