Summary: saving file breaks time with HOURS/HOUR functions
           Product: kspread
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: lmontel mandriva com
        ReportedBy: mrudolf kdewebdev org

Version: 1.4 (using KDE 3.4.1, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5-20050130 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.5.20050130-r1, \
                ssp-3.3.5.20050130-1, pie-8.7.7.1)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-gentoo-r6

Steps to reproduce a bug:

1. Put 4:35 in A1, set format to system time (HH:MM)
2. Put =HOURS(A1) or =HOUR(A1) in B1
3. Save file
4. Close file
5. Open file
6. Now there is "0" instead of "4" in B1 and resetting format of A1 to HH:MM sets it \
to 00:00
