I discovered one more thing, I just deleted my  .kde/share/config/konsolerc file... \
the bug doesn't happen with a clean konsolerc.

But, the bug reappears when I make the tabbar to be on the bottom of konsole.
So to reproduce:
0. Right click on the tabbar, and select "Tab Bar" => Bottom
