Same problem 
I also have 0.10 and I am unable to track my chat histroy. Also as said above:
--Settings 
 --Configure Plugins...
  *Histroy
    *show chat history in new chats
     -number ob messages is set 50
     -number of messages per page is set 20
  *Statistics

But it doesnt work.
