Just for the record, I upgraded KDE to 3.4.0 from 3.3 and am now experiencing the \
very  rips, and the sounds of the CD drive frequently repositioning. This wasn't a \
problem at all prior to the KDE upgrade. I'm using KAudioCreator 1.12 

I was really pleased with it prior to the upgrade -- I hope Benjamin has a chance to \
take a look at the scripts.
