Summary: Please don't try to be "intelligent" about image
                    orientation
           Product: gwenview
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: aurelien.gateau free fr
        ReportedBy: inform tiker net

Version: 1.2.0pre1 (using KDE 3.3.2, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.10

It's really annoying that gwenview tries to be "smart" about whether to show an image \
as landscape or portrait. That way, you can never be sure what's on disk. Please make \
an option to turn this behavior off.
