I was one of the reporters of this bug (Bug 53087). The bug 53087 was marked as \
duplicated of this bug. Well, I found in the discussion of this bug that this only \
happens when you use the dnotify as backend to scan directories. If you use fam, this \
bug disappers. And this is what makes some have the bug and some not. This is a bug \
of dnotify. I'm using the kde since 3.2.x without problems. When I switched to fam, \
this bug disappears. All times that I try to use dnotify, this bug appears. It seems \
that dnotify keeps the directory open until the process is closed, preventing the \
correct unmounting of device. This not happens with the fam. The fix of this bug is \
to use fam everytime. Someone close this bug and makes a advice to use fam, because \
dnotify is buggy.
