You're right Thiago, kio_media exactly address this. And about HAL, it's
not "THE way" simply because it works only on Linux+hotplug+udev, and even
if I'm a Linux user I'm aware that other platforms for KDE exist (think *BSD).

I'm not resolving this bug though since the "action" part is not implemented
yet, I'll surely provide a third party app to do it correctly, but it's too late for KDE 3.4.
