Well. It seems to me that drkonqi has a bug. But now I'm going to tell about knotify. \
What I've done.

I've rm .kde/share/config/knotifyrc. Then I've enabled sound system (cheked in \
control center and pressed apply). In konsole I've looked for knotify process and \
attached debugger to it (gdb) and continued the process: peter samovar ~ $ ps ax | \
grep knotify | grep -v grep  8070 ?        S      0:00 knotify [kdeinit] knotify
peter samovar ~ $ gdb knotify 8070
