Seeing this again in the latest from CVS HEAD...except for this time, no amount of \
editing removes the scroll buttons.

I have 3 panels set up to be size 1% but to expand to fit contents.  One has 3 \
buttons, another has 7 buttons, and another holds the clock.

The ones that hold buttons are cut off too small - they leave off exactly one button.

The one that holds the clock is all messed up - it appears that the panel isn't able \
to correctly see the size of the clock.
