I installed KDE 3.3.1 and the bug is there.

Why don't you simply change the Date format in KDE 3.3.2 even while you may not be \
able to test it? As of today the exchange plugin is broken and therefore useless \
anyway (or does it still work for some people?). It would make no difference, if you \
try to fix it and it still does not work. But if it works you've solved this problem.
