Summary: Deleting buddies from Kopete should update server
           Product: kopete
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: seth sethkinast com

Version: .9.0 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I've used the official clients and Trillian in Windows for awhile, then I tried GaIM, \
now I'm using Kopete. So my buddy list has been altered by a lot of different \
clients.

After install, Kopete imports my contacts fine. I then sorted them into groups. I had \
left ~ 40 contacts from AIM and MSN, which were in no group (the root). I tried to \
delete the contacts (had to figure out how to do so first... you can't highlight \
multiple contacts AND press delete, have to right click) and got them removed. Upon \
restart they were back!

Weird. So I removed them again. Same problem. It seems that after about 5 restarts of \
the computer + a dozen of Kopete the AIM contacts have been removed, but the MSN ones \
will *not* go away. I'll remove them using the official client on Windows whenever I \
boot back in, but this should work for Kopete too :)
