Patch for kdelibs/kdeui/kcolordialog.cpp

The patch allows to use now the full extend of what QColor::SetNamedColor can
do with HTML-like colour codes. 

If the # is not given at start, it is added automatically. This makes that
named colours cannot be used. (But they can be accessed by the combobox
anyway.)

(I cannot compile, therefore cannot test currently.)
