This ^ is probably because the cd drive that it is pointing to in the combo \
box isn't the drive that it is reading from.  If the drive that it points \
to (in the combo box) is invalid it scans the system for the cd drive.  Is \
that correct?  When you swap between the good and bad drives do you change \
the combobox?
