well, of course this would be a nice feature in general, therefore i'm leaving this \
wish-report open.

but mind you: we're not allowed to store amazon-downloaded covers somewhere else, \
since we're forced to delete and refetch every cover after 90 days, due to amazon \
copyright issues.
