QImageIO::write: No such image format handler: PNM

Furthermore there seems to be some confusion:

$ grep PNM *.kimgio
pgm.kimgio:Type=PNM
ppm.kimgio:Type=PNM

which is probably why only 1 of them shows up in KImageIO::mimeTypes() (which one \
seems to depend on the phase of the moon).
