konqueror has the possibility to create web archives in his own
format, but no other application can read this without tricks; 
no way to give such files to a windows unser

there is a "microsoft standard" format named chm which can be displayed by konqueror \
(see also http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84297). 

Request: menu entry to save a web page (and possible sub pages) 
and all included objects into chm format
