I don't see a problem with Kopete explicitly forcing activation of its windows if \
it's configurable (and the config option can be kind of considered direct user \
action). The default behaviour should be not doing that, but if some users want that, \
why not? It's also possible to explicitly allow this using KWin's window-specific \
settings, but having a checkbox in Kopete is probably simpler for the user, and there \
are possibly many users wanting this behaviour.
