Summary: selecting files distorts icon colors
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: mhoppen gmx net

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Hi,

since my upgrade to KDE 3.2.2 I noticed that the colors of icons, \
selected/marked/highlighted in konqueror or on desktop get somehow distorted. I'm \
using crystal svg icon theme. For example marking one of the blue folder icons makes \
the upper right corner of the icon get yellow and the whole appearance of the icon \
isn't as smooth as before. This also happens to other icons. Another effect: \
Selecting anything else than "XRender fading" in kcontrol->look&feel->style->effects \
(I don't know if these are the correct names of the menus as I'm using german as \
i18n...) makes the transparency effects of kmenu and other menus get similarly \
distorted!

I don't think its a bug in konqueror itself but in some rendering unit - but I don't \
know which...

Thanks,

Martin
