In KDE 3.2, we can have DCOP powered Paste KAction with history.

But Undo / Redo actions also should have history to undo / redo a lot of actions in one time (as pretty all Windows applications can do).

I don't know if it ask a lot of changes but have it for KDE 4.0 would be good.

Actually, I see NO KDE applications with the feature.
