Adding to /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers

has always worked for all our rh73,rh80,rh90,fc1 boxes running kde >= 3.1

Note:
1. you have to restart X after making this change.
2. (Apparently) not all X drivers/video cards support multiple X servers, and even if \
they do, dri (hardware-accel opengl, etc) is supported only on the first display (at \
least this was the reasoning redhat used to reject my request to support this \
out-of-the-box)
