on line 1446 of file
"admin/acinclude.m4.in"
there is the line 
"qt_libdir=NONE",
but on my system the consequence is that
it tries to compile with "-R NONE" and "-LNONE"
and the linker stops.
If i replace it (hack) for instance with "qt_libdir=/"
a harmless "-L/" is added to LD_FLAGS, so i can compile.
