Oh, and another note, you said that the URL bugzilla uses has the username 
hidden. Does that mean you're not using the KBB default, but your own 
Bugzilla account instead?

In that case, could it be that you are lacking the Bugzilla login cookie? You 
can check by opening the page in Konqueror instead.
