This isn't about the Extra ToolBar.

In 3.1.x, the Main ToolBar had an icon: "New Tab".  In 3.2, it is not there by \
default, but this is just a configuration issue.  If you still want it there, you can \
add it back with the: "Configure Toolbars" widget (under: "Settings" on the Menu).

You can also configure Konqueror so that the: "Tab Bar" is always visible even if \
only one tab is open.  You can change this under: Web Behavior" in the "Configure \
Konqueror" widget.

Since this is just a question of the default configuration, it is not a bug and I am \
closing it.

If you need further help with the configuration, please ask on either the: 'kde' or \
'kde-linux' lists.
