1.  The screenshot in the handbook (wut.png) shows the date 23 Sept. 2003, not 23 \
March 2003.  I get Mars, Neptune, Pluto and Uranus for that date and Baltimore, MD, \
just like the screenshot.  Please confirm.

2.  We only consider an object to be "up" if its altitude is above 15 degrees at some \
time between sunset and sunrise.  We should perhaps change this to "above zero \
degrees", especially for planets.  

3.  I can't confirm this.  I set my date format to "DD.MM.YYYY" in KControl, and I am \
getting that date format in the WUT tool.  Please check your KControl settings.

I am accepting part 2 of this report; awaiting your reply on parts 1 and 3.
