I have some new information that may be helpful. Today, the clock switched, and the \
minutes were wrong. I looked at \
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/custom.html?sort=2 and found that it was \
showing the time in Rangoon, Burma. So apparently, the timezone is being changed \
randomly (i.e. the time isn't simply wrong, but wrong because the timezone has been \
changed). This timezone change is apparently only happening within kclockapplet, \
because the clock in the KDE control center -> Country/Region & Language is always \
the correct time. Hopefully this will give you a better idea of where to look for the \
problem.
