it is NOT possible (at the moment) to use arts-1.1.4 with kde-3.2 if you use \
binaries. the kdelibs and all the others are (rpm or deb) precompiled with arts1.2 or \
1.1.9x better said. you're only able to mix kde-3.1.93 with arts-1.1.4 if you compile \
from source (you can fake konstruct to use the older arts). the configure script from \
kdelibs look's for [checking for arts-1.1...... yes] so it should not complain with \
arts-1.1.4.
