In KDE 3.1.4 flicking when you change to another tab is not so annoying that when you \
create the first tab (the tabbar appears) or when you close the last tab (the tab bar \
disappears) in both cases the effect is very disagreeable.

Others navigators have solved it always showing the tab-bar.

Current flicking by the change of tabs is acceptable for me, at least ;)
