The autoscroll functionality in Konqueror, KMail,... is too fast for some people. \
Because of this they have not enough time to read everything. Even if it's in its \
slowest modus, it's sometimes too fast.

My proposals:
1) Adding even slower modusses.
2) Bringing down the default autoscroll speed.
3) Make the default autoscroll speed configurable.
