I've tried printing a 3 page blank document (created with OpenOffice) and i got 3 
blank pages from my printer. This is with both KDE 3.1.0 and KDE CVS head 
version. Could you try with a newer version of KDE? (3.0.0 is old, the lastest stable 
is 3.1.3)
