Well, I don't really like spaces in filenames, but I would definitely object 
to removing spaces to work around flaws in some build system. Better fix the 
system instead.

If you know more, please report either directly to kopete-devel@kde.org (and 
subscribe :) or use a new bug report. I don't think any of this belongs to 
this report...
