Auto-Rejoin is on by default.
This option definitely must be disabled by default.
Most channel ops and admins don't like clients having their auto-rejoin feature enabled. When kicked, even accidently, someone with auto-rejoin usually will be banned immediatly.

Don't do that to the users of KSirc, disable auto-rejoin by default.
