It just ignores it completely! _Sometimes_ it is possible to close but you'll need to press it a dozen of times. Though always works closing of a tab form the tab RMB context menu. Also, if I'll go to menu Settings->Configure Shortcuts and in the dialog just press 'Ok" without changing anything shortcuts will start work!!! For some time :-( It never happened before with any other KDE-3.1 versions, including 3.1.1a. Loaded plugins: kdeaddons. How to reproduce: just browse a net. I've faced this ugly situation twice in the first day of browsing with konqueror from 3.1.2. I'm using non-standard shortcut to open new tabs (Ctrl-T, default is unusable for any user that uses Ctrl-Shift to switch keyboard layout) and tabs are opened in the background (not activated automatically). Unfortunately I don't know any method that will produce this immediately :-( Expected Behaviour: shortcuts should work as usual.
