Most often it happens when I select text from an xterm window. But I can't pin it down to any 
specific situation. I've only ever encountered the problem with xterm because I don't use 
konsole, and all other apps I use present URLs as links anyway. 
Right now, I'm trying to reproduce the problem. As was to be expected, it has vanished.
