I'm not the reporter, but I'm interested in this, too. 
I could think of moving a window with e.g. the 6th button without using the 
title-bar. 
This is possible ATM when you press Alt and the left mouse-button (or which 
combination you've ever assigned). 
With only pressing a mouse-button it would be easier. 
Some more nice features like assigning one button to maximizing the window, 
another one to roll it up.
