  No I cannot.  I would have been the person to fix this anyways, since it's 
my code and I still maintain it.  Perhaps it was fixed as a side-effect of 
another patch.  I actively use 3.1-branch and HEAD though, and I don't see it 
anywhere.  Note: the certificate I mentioned is not just expired, it's also 
self-signed.
