I use kaudiocreator to rip an audio cd to ogg files. If the cd contains tracks or artist name etc. with scandinavian letters it will set them as # sign. So if the track name is for example lähtisitkö kaudiocreator sets meta info to l#htisitk#.  I can correct meta info with konqueror's left mouse click/properties/meta info settings.
