From KDE 3.1 tarballs, and KOffice Head (2 days ago):

To reproduce:

1) Select:  Insert -> Text frame.
2) Draw a sample frame and release the mouse button
3) CLick on the tab labeled "Test Run Around"

The three pictures that used to demonstrate the text run round options are missing.

I can send a screenshot if this is not clear.
