X-MARC-Message: https://marc.info/?l=kde-bugs-dist&m=104405559322908 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53790 Summary: ksplash starts - again?! Product: kdm Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: ossi@kde.org ReportedBy: richard.parry@rage.net.nz Version: 3.1-woody2 (using KDE KDE 3.1) Installed from: Debian stable Packages OS: Linux hi there; Recently upgraded to 3.1 from 3.0. kmd/ksplash/something is doing a bizzare thing. When I log out of my session, it closes down my stuff, and then - wait for it - starts up another ksplash/ksession whatever and logs me right back in. If I log out of this second one, it logs out correctly. I've tried using the session manager to start with a blank session, no luck there. There's probably an obscure configuration file somewhere in ~/.kde, but I'm somewhat lost with this. Naturally, it used to work fine. And as a typical user, I'll report that "I've changed nothing - honest" - except for the highly invasive complete upgrade :)
