Raising a window from the bottom of the stack to the top forces all the windows in \
the stack to repaint.  This is time consuming and visually distracting.  I don't \
remember this behavior from KDE 3.0.5a-- is this a bug, or an intentional workaround \
for some other problem?

Slackware8.1, PIII, XFree86 4.0.2, Matrox G100 w/ "mga" driver.
