I am running two heads (monitors).  On the second head, I get the panel and the \
background image, and I can start apps from the panel.  But there is no window \
decoration around the started apps.  If I go back to my first head, and run 'kwin' \
from the launcher (alt-f2) it starts on the second head and all is happy.  I did not \
see this behavior before 3.1rc5.
