So, after the short investigation of a problem I've figured out that configure 
script doesn't even try to detect presence of strlcpy and strlcat in system 
but blindly inserts own definitions into config.h 
 
Quite obviously, configure script should be fixed to check for 
strlcpy/strlcat, that's it.
