Here is the scenario: moved kicker to the left side of the screen and made icons medium (previously they were small). Started futzing around with the placement of things. After changing the clock to analog, moved it to the bottom. However, it went too far so I went to move it up. It wouldn't move and I could no longer use the scroll arrows. Moving something on top of the panel and moving it away caused a redraw of white. After logging out and logging back in, the kde launch panel takes a very long time on the "loading panel" bit, then kicker never comes up. Unfortunately there's no way I can reproduce the bug since kicker has seemingly disappeared. I have tried going to the preferences and changing things such as autohide to get it to show up. No luck. It doesn't make for the best experience within my first 1/2 hour of using kde! :(
