The bug is also triggered here, if I view parlamentary discussions using   
http://www.parlamentsspiegel.de.   
   
There the Adobe pdf plugin does not scroll using the keyboard. Can anyone   
confirm?  
  
I think this is a major bug for Konqueror users....  Setting severity major, 
because this makes some web sites unusable.
