           Summary: limited choice of applications
           Product: bugs.kde.org
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: daniel.naber@t-online.de
        ReportedBy: rohan.beckles@metanix.com

Version: 3.0.3 (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.9.6
OS: Linux

When selecting the application that has the problem, It would be nice to be able to \
select given source package, rather than a specific application. This would \
facilitate the reporting of compilation problems.

For example, if I have a problem compiling kdesdk-3.0.3, I cannot report this \
accurately. The best I can do is to select KDevelop as the closest related \
application, then explain later in further detail exactly where the problem is.
