kdemultimedia now builds on PowerPC

KDE Multimedia trys to build mpeglib which is MMX only on the PowerPC and possible \
other ARCHs.

I get alot of asm errors which you probably don't need as this is makefile/configure \
issue because mpeglib shouldnt be built on systems that don't have MMX.
