I'm the Italian translator of desktop.po

I _really_ would like it to be split into smaller pieces,
e.g. one piece for every KDE packages
E.G:
kdebase/desktop.po
kdegames/desktop.po
etc..
kdenonbeta/desktop.po
others/desktop.po

Advantages:
1) desktop.po gets smaller :)
2) I can assign kdegames/desktop.po to the mantainer of kdegames
3) If I want a 100% translated kdelibs + kdebase I should only translate kdelibs + kdebase + kdebase/desktop.po + kdelibs/desktop.po, I should not bother with kdegames/desktop.po (very useful for small teams)
4) when in message freeze, sometimes a fuzzy comes up in desktop.po
Sometimes, these fuzzies come from "not important" (at least to my team) packages - I need a way to sort out if I need to remove the fuzzies or I can leave them.
