My native language encoding is iso-8859-2 and i'd two available charsets for sending mails (iso-8859-2 and utf-8, but iso had the higher priority) and if i'd sent a mail, it's been encoded in the right way (iso..), but if the message had been empty kmail has set the encoding to utf-8. After utf-8 charset had been removed from available encodings for the outgoing posts and i've tried to send an empty mail, kmail has reported: "No suitable encoding found for your message". Some of my friends doesn't like receiving from me utf-encoded mails. Nevertheless I sometimes send them such mails (only attachments). (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) (Called from KBugReport dialog)
