When a bug is submitted all email addresses have the '@' sign replaced by the word 'at' for privacy reasons to fight email adrress net scanners.

All but one place are handled, the very first line reads:
Package: khtml; Reported by: rega+kdebugs@leader-bg.com; Age: 0 days; dated Thu, 27 Jun 2002 02:48:02 GMT;

This line should have the email address processed as described above as well.

This is happenning when submitting through the wizzard on bugs.kde.org, do not know if that is a problem if submitted throug email.
